January is National Egg Month, and in honor of that, I have started a little poll over on the Practical Frugality Facebook page asking you what is your favorite way to eat an egg? I can’t wait to read your responses. I just made Cream Cheese Scrambled Eggs and Fried Egg Sandwiches for Brunch.
Eggs have many fascinating uses, aside from just eating them, not to mention there are so many different ways to eat them! I am making a new Board on Pinterest featuring Eggs! I am happy to invite you to pin to the board also, or you can just leave me a link and I’ll pin your post to it. I am looking for recipes, crafts, DIY, Furniture, most anything family friendly is welcome. Happy Egg Month!

The Cream Cheese Scrambled Egg Recipe is over on my cooking blog at: http://whenisdinner.com/cream-cheese-scrambled-eggs/
I hope you enjoy it!
For the fried eggs, I just pour a bit of oil in a skillet and when it’s hot, crack the eggs open over it. When they start to bubble, I flip them over and cook for another 1-2 mins then put them on toast with some salt and pepper 🙂

I am so picky about eggs! I love some good scrambled eggs with cheese on top and just recently started liking deviled eggs (I’m going to have to try those with bacon!). Outside of those two, I rarely will eat an egg!
